The Samsung MiCoach Pink or Samsung F110 Adidas Pink package comes with a discreet foot pod that fits neatly and comfortably into your trainer to measure your speed and distance, and a heart rate monitor.
Both the monitor and the foot pod are then linked to your phone by way of Blue Robin, which is in all sense and purposes bluetooth but uses less power in order to conserve energy and last longer.
The information is then fed to your phone by the Blue Robin whilst you run and depending on the workout you've selected, the Personal Trainer application will then determine when you need to increase or decrease your speed in order to maximise the results of your workout, letting you know as you run.
