O2 Cocoon Music Phone
A brand new music phone, the O2 Cocoon encorporates some interesting features and a minimilistic curved design complete with its own docking station enabling the handset to be turned into a desktop alarm clock at the same time as being recharged.
The Cocoon handset itself comes inclusive of a MP3 Player, FM Radio with RDS and a 2GB memory allowing for up to 500 tracks to be stored but if required can be expanded to 4GB using the microSD card slot.
The O2 Cocoon has a hidden LED display on the white exterior front casing panel that will display time, scrolling text, caller ID and when an incoming text is received the beginning of the message.
As O2's branded music phone, the O2 Cocoon has been designed will highly specified music features and as such wouldn't be complete without dedicated music keys which are positioned on the side of the handset and information from the Music Player being fed to the LED display when a track is being played. Apart from the expected support for MP3 and AAC audio file formats, the O2 Cocoon will support iTunes and DRM-Free AAC files.
With the promise of upto 15 hours of music play, the ability to stream music to speakers or a headset via bluetooth stereo, a 3.5mm jack, stereo headphones included as part of the package, a built-in 2.0 mega pixel camera with autofocus, video capture & playback and a secondary video camera, web browser & email as other inclusive features, it's safe to say that O2 have thought of everthing and more when putting this phone together.
