E-ten Glofiish X500 Mobile Phone
A GPS enabled PocketPc, the E-ten Glofiish X500 is one of three handsets to be released by the Taiwanese Manufacturer E-ten.
And yes before you ask, there are in fact two i's in the spelling of Glofiish, strange as it may seem.
But according to the manufacturer they represent the relationship between the user and the PocketPC itself, whether this is strictly true or not is another matter.
The major selling point of the Glofiish X500 is its claim to fame as the thinnest PocketPC with GPS and WiFi technology available worldwide.
As one would expect with the standard smartphone, the E-ten Glofiish X500 is based on a Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Operating System and running off of a 400 Mhz processor.
Other features include a 2.8 inch touch screen with handwriting recognition, which really goes without saying.
Then you've got the built-in Windows Media Player 10, FM Radio and integrated 2.0 mega pixel camera with video capture & playback.
A Quad Band GSM handset, the Eten Glofiish comes EDGE support, Bluetooth Wireless and miniUSB.
There's 64MB of internal expandable memory and the usual web browser, email client and Pocket Office applications.
